Information for our presenters

Oral presenters:

Your oral conference presentation should be about 20 minutes with room for questions. Keynote speakers have about 45 minutes including questions. Check the latest version of the program for exact start times. PROGRAM

PLEASE UPLOAD your PPT (format 16 x 9) to the correct folder (by name) in a onedrive folder shared with you in a separate email this week. The email is coming from Hege Indresand (hein@norceresearch.no).

Please upload your latest version the day before your presentation. You can edit your presentation in this folder as much as you want until 23.59, the day before your presentation. If necessary we can also take presentations by usb stick, please contact Hege Indresand for this option.

Poster presenters:

Your poster presentation should be put up Monday morning. Contact Lorentz Petter Lossius for placement. The poster session is Monday at 15.00, but feel free to keep it up during the whole conference and be by your posters at the other breaks as well.
